Core 1!!

We'll be doing our first day of MoP raiding on Wednesday October 10th from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM server time. We're also going back to raiding on TWO days....the second day being Monday's from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM server time.

The invites are already up on the calendar so PLEASE put an answer. I need to know who's going to be there.

So! With that being said, I'm uber excited for MoP raiding! Please make sure to watch videos on the first three fights of Mogu'shan Vaults.

See you all there!

So! When scenarios are released (the week on September 17th), we need to get them down. I think they'll be a lot of fun, and it's a great way for the guild to work together. We all have multiple toons with multiple roles, so everyone will be able to be included.

  • World Event: Theramore's Fall
  • Warchief Garrosh, obsessed with assuring the Horde’s supremacy over Kalimdor, launches an all-out attack against Jaina's island home of Theramore. Though valiant Alliance defenders rush to repel the sudden onslaught, they’ll soon find themselves unprepared for the terrible scope of Garrosh's true plans…
  • This Scenario will become available for level-85 characters during the week of September 17, and will then be available to level-90 characters after the launch of Mists of Pandaria on September 25.

Yes, starting August 28, you can earn as much as you want, since there’s no cap at all on the Justice and Honor currencies from that day, until September 25. With Mists of Pandaria, the caps will be applied, and players will be reduced to 4000 Honor and 4000 Justice – any excess points will be converted on September 25 to gold at the rates described before.

On September 25, excess Honor over the cap will be converted at a rate of 35 silver per point, and excess Justice over the cap will be converted at a rate of 47 silver per point.

Conquest points will be converted to Honor Points with patch 5.0.4

Since everyone had eighty-six different answers the other night, here ya go!

"Please be aware that with the release of the pre-expansion 5.0.4 patch on Tuesday, August 28, all raid lockouts will be reset. This means that you will not be able to extend a raid lockout beyond the week before the patch release."

What this means for core raiders:
I want to get at least ONE, maybe two, weeks in with raiding with the new talent trees. This way we can all get acclimated with content we're all familiar with and help each other out if anyone has questions.

Also, everything new and spiffy will be implented on pre patch day! Including:
  • Account-wide Achievements, pets, and mounts
  • World Event: Attack on Theramore Isle

and much, much more!

***CORE 1***

I've decided that we are going to raid until TWO WEEKS before MoP. This means our last day of raiding will be Monday, September 10th. After this date, some of us are going to continue to pug normal modes so Corvick can get his legendary daggers, so feel free to tag a long if you're interested.

Also, because I've gotten such mixed emotions on moving the guild to a different server, I'm pretty sure I'm just going to change the guild name for now.

Whisper Ado in game if you have any further questions. Thanks!

So as we approach Mists, I've been trying to recruit to boster our ranks. It seems to be slow going, but I'm hoping that in a few weeks we'll have a lot of new recruits to help us out in MoP! So, that being said, if you happen to be on the forums, or even in trade and find someone that you think would be a good fit, direct them to the site to fill out an application!

I'll be implenting a new ranking system! Feel free to take a look:

Ranks will be as listed below, top being the Guild Leader:
  • Guild Leader
  • GL Alt
  • Council
  • Core Raider
  • Raider
  • Tryouts
  • Casual
  • Alts
  • Inactive

Core raiders will get priority over other ranks, with raiders being next, then tryouts (as far as raiding goes).
